We use the name, reply details, practice area and message you provide by phone or email to respond and explain consultation arrangements, timing and fees. Please omit identity or passport copies, health information, other parties’ names and detailed case documents from an initial inquiry. We will explain what documents are needed and how to share them.
Retention and deletion
The retention period for general consultation inquiries is 180 days from receipt. We delete them earlier when the purpose is fulfilled or following a verified deletion request. Documents for an engagement and records that must be retained by law are managed separately under the applicable matter and legal requirements.

This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Their policies also govern technical connection information and service cookies. Email, external booking and WhatsApp services apply their own privacy terms.
